I sorta cheated and used the "bristles of a brush dipped in paint and splotched on the nail" trick.
Base: Kleancolor Metallic White. Splatter: Kleancolor Neon Yellow, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, Metallic Pink, Color Club Harp On It. Top: Color Club Desert Valley.

I seriously love this polish. I could personally give or take the glitter in it - its not flakie enough to be a flakie, and the bits of glitter are just *that* much too big to be useful as glitter. There must be something in the polish that makes it good for UV but unsuitable as a suspension base, because the shards of holographic foil/glitter/stuff just sinks.
3 fingers in the sun, 2 in the shade.
