What? It's only the middle of June? What is this craziness?
Well, lemme tell you - my life just got a little busier.
And I just got the email to say the Lust Have It June box is on it's way.
So lets get into it!
PS: The photos are dark because it's the middle of winter. Sun? What sun?
Looks a little like Taylor Swift.
Teeez Cosmetics Spectrum of Stars Eyeshadow - Splendor Sunset
Full Size: $29
Yep. I like this.
I've always loved Teeze packaging. I loved the box for the metallic red nail polish, and the bottle was very different. I loved the lipstick tube, it was just so cute. And I love this.
My epic photography setup. The deck. My camera. The fairy lights on the roof.
"It's just another brown eyeshadow".
What the photo doesn't capture is the shift from rust brown to magenta and firey gold.
It's meant to contain argan oil and be a velvety smooth texture. I'm not sure about the oil, but it feels nice.
Razzamatazz Opaque Leggings
Full Size: $11.95 (but seriously, could you imagine getting a sample size of leggings? Bwaahaahaahaa!!)
I have a small supply of the Razzamatazz "curvy" stockings because normal stockings won't fit me. Therefore, these won't fit either, but my sister will get use out of them during winter.
This brand has some awesome stuff. They also have some really classy looking patterned fishnet stockings along with the usual 15/80/120 denier. Pretty much the only stockings I'll wear.
Lollipops Baume Grenadine
Full Size: $7.45
It says it's a balm, but it's a gloss.
Contains shea butter, macadamia and vitamin e oil, and is meant to be restorative.
I just end up with my hair stuck to my mouth.
If nothing else, the colour is kinda pretty. It reminds me of the Mary Kay lipcolour we got in a previous box last year, but more of a liquid. The colour doesn't translate very well to the lips, but as far as glosses go, it's ok.
MYSTERY ITEM!!
Urban Skincare Co Infuse Body Balm.
From Memory: $3ish. (35ml)
I'm sure I've had this before, or at least I know I've had shampoo or something from them before.
If I can go back through my archives and find it, I will... otherwise, let your fingers do the google-fu.
It smells good, like oranges. I'm almost 90% sure that I've used this same thing last year.
PHR Leave In Moisturiser.
Full Size: $35.95 (125ml). Sample Size: $4.30
I washed my hair, towel dried it and was just looking at this packet on my desk, so thought "why not" and threw it in my hair.
It smells like Pina Colada's. Not sure that my hair is dry enough to need it, because it just feels heavy now, but it smells fantastic. Would I use it again? Sure. It would be nice for a once-a-week pamper day.
Starlooks Pro Luxe Longwear Eyeliner Pen - Brown
Full Size: $20
Lemme tell ya, I LOVE eyeliners with brush tips. No kidding, I will go for my Jordana Quickliner before any other eyeliner because it's like using a felt pen.
This is very similar.
I found the formula to be a little more draggy than I would've liked, and the swatches on my hand have a buildup of product on the sides that makes the line look weird.
It almost has a hint of green and a base of red.
Did an eye look using the Teeze eyeshadow, the Starlooks eyeliner and the eyeshadow from the previous box as a highlight in my browbone. Chella brow pencil. Be A Bombshell mascara.
You can see how the eyeliner dragged along my eyelid, but the camera is picking up that pink flash in the Teeze eyeshadow. Gorgeous!
Yea, I have really hooded eyes.
So there we have it.
Total cost of a Lust Have It box: $19.95.
Total value of this one: $75ish (including the mystery product).
The conditioner was a one-time thing (damn those unresealable foil packets) but I'm excited to add the eyeliner and the eyeshadow to my makeup bag.
And I got a new banner!!
Now instead of $5, it's $10!!

Lust Have It March ... in May?!
Lust Have It had some supply issues so the bags were delayed.
This means that what we should of gotten in March was delayed until May, and what a wait it was!
I am missing the product card, so you can do your own homework and google the items you find interesting.
No pink bag this month! A sleek glossy black cardboard box. It was a little flimsy - one of my products was a little broken.
Model Co BB Cream
I like that it contains SPF. A lot of BB Creams don't, and its really really handy to have in NZ.
It looks ok, feels ok, and lasted around 4 hours on me. I did have to touch it up once through the day.
Swatch shows it rubbed in and un-rubbed. Very sheer coverage, although on my face it did even out my skin tone and reduce my redness.
Uriage Tolederm Hydra-Soothing Cream
The smallest sample ever! I think I could mayyyyybe get two uses out of this.
I'm going to Wellington in July, so unless I get another travel-sized moisturiser in the next box, I'm gonna save this to take with me for the weekend.
Urban Skincare Co. Daily Body Cleanser
You can totally smell the coriander. It has a light, fresh, green scent. You can get a good few uses out of this sample - I'd say 2-3.
Appelles Shampoo and Conditioner
First and foremost: Ylang ylang gives me headaches, yet this doesn't smell of it at all. I get more Lavender and Rosemary, which makes me love it.
The Shampoo contains Blackseed, which contains fatty acids, proteins and vitamins, which is meant to strengthen hair and leave it with volume and shine.
The Conditioner contains Tamanu, which contains antioxidents and fatty acids which penetrate into the follicle, restoring moisture and boosting resistance to split ends.
LonVitalite C4 Coconut Mask
I've used a few of these masks before. They're pretty good for what they are. I would suggest to wash your face with a hot towel, then apply the mask, and then replace the hot towel over your face. It just feels way better than a slightly sticky cold mask on your face.
Lust Have It is a $19.99AU per month beauty box, and despite the issues they've had with timing, it seems to be pretty consistent in terms of value.
You can click on the banner below, or use the code YECATS1 to get $5 off your first box! EXCITING!!!

Uriage Tolederm Cleansing Water.
I would of loved to have been able to test this, but alas, the package was broken at the top and seeped into the packing tissue of the box. You can see in the 2nd picture just how much was left.
If I can get another one of these, I'll give it a go!

Lust Have It: January bag!
Lust have it had some problems with their shipping and packing department, so the January bags didn't get out till February.
Lets get on with the pretties!
Another pink mesh bag. I'm getting so much use out of these.
Onto the products:
Designer Brands Chubby Lipstick Crayon - Dollface
Full Size: $7.99
I love this colour. Its slightly less intense than it looks on the swatch, but has a lovely pigmentation.
Urban Skincare Co Infuse Body Balm
Full size: $12.95 (100ml), $35.95 (500ml)
Sample: $4.78 (35ml)
I did some extreme maths for that one.
The balm has a citrus scent, common with the addition of vitamin C in products. It absorbed quickly and didn't leave a residue.
Small enough to throw into a hand bag, I'd use it for my hands and cuticles because it is designed for dry skin.
Marsk Certified Organic Eye Liner - Pitch Black
Full Size: $33.50
It's a smooth formula, and smudges out quite easily for a smoky look.
Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow - Mudcake
Full Size $24.95 (1.2g). Interestingly enough, $22.50 on the website.
On the website this looks like a flat brown tone. On the skin and in the tub, however, it is a medium brown with a bright green/teal flash. I have a very similar colour in Bundle Monsters Forest Nymph.
Swatches above show the product alone and over black. You can see the brown pigment is more visible when seen from straight on, whereas the green takes over when over black or from an angle.
Comparing to Black Comedy, the other mineral eyeshadow from Marsk that I've received, I must say that this one had a much smoother formula.
Beau Box mineral foundation in Nearly Nude.
Full Size: $20 (6g)
I tend to shy away from foundations that I get in boxes, mainly because I don't get the option to pick my own.
This one is designed to work with "most" skin tones. It seemed to match me quite well, and I would hazard a guess to say it is somewhere on the sheer-medium coverage scale.
I like that it has SPF in it - something very useful in NZ.
Colour by T.B.N - Pash Tasch
Full Size: $2.50
You know that smell that "cheap" nail polish has? That kinda sharp plasticy smell?
Other than the aroma, the polish was smooth, and dried relatively quickly. They call it a Fluoro... and I have no idea what colour to call it. It looks coral in the bottle, it looks red on the nails, and it looks pink in some lighting.
The closest match I could find to it: The red on the Canon boxes.
So bright, so wearable, and also a little distracting.
Last but not least, vouchers.
I will probably never use the Urban one, so feel free to make use of the code.
If someone out there in Australia would like the Hello Fresh voucher, hit me up on facebook and I'll msg you the code on the back of the card.
Using all the makeup products from the box this month, and the Primer and Blusher from previous boxes, I put together this look for a friends birthday.
I smudge the black liner up my lid and covered it with the eyeshadow, to bring out that green flash. Then I re-lined the lids with the liner.
Thanks Lust Have It for another box. Fingers crossed that the next one comes soon, and they aren't playing catch-up for the rest of the year!
Total cost for the Womans Box: $19.95AU
Total value for this month: $93.72 (without the vouchers).
