Day 17: New Technique

Not my best, but I like it.

My new technique was one that I've seen other people use with great success.

Temporary tattoos over a base polish.

Rimmel Princess Pink, and $2 store tattoos.

Of course, I have to get a bit of hair stuck under the base coat.  *sigh*.

I really liked this.  It seems to be a good way of adding details to plain nails.
